SEA SWIM
COACHING

All our coaches are STA L2 qualified Open Water Coaches, they will help you find your confidence to be comfortable in the sea and to enjoy the many benefits of sea swimming.
Our coaching sessions are suitable for all levels, Beginner Open Water, improver & Advanced, and typically run from April - November. You can find details of our sessions through regular postings on our FB group (& via our Spond group available once you join).
Coaching sessions are swimmer specific and cover everything from the foundations of swimming: body position, breathing, propulsion, as well as more specific sea swimming skills such as sighting, buoy turns, drafting, event starts and stroke analysis.

The joy of throwing paint around and letting loose can only be truly experienced by doing it! These sessions will focus on exploring the medium (paint) and discovering various processes. You'll enjoy playing with the materials while exploring your own creativity and reconnecting with your inner child.

Art is for everyone, but some may feel discouraged at the mention of the word. We often hear, "I can't paint!" or "I can't draw!" But the truth is, we all have the capacity for creativity.

Each session will include small exercises to introduce you to painting and sketching. Don't worry about being perfect – there are no art experts here! Just come with an open mind and be ready to have some fun!

Our daily swim club where we focus on encourage people to take small steps with their swimming/sea dips goal .
The club provides a friendly, safe and supportive group that is fully inclusive and available to all, offering encouragement to empower individuals on their swimming journey, to step out of your comfort zone, face fears, and boost confidence in the water.
Regardless of weather or sea conditions, the club runs daily. However, there is no obligation to go in the sea, as the primary focus is centered on being part of a supportive group.
Bring a flask and make some new friends whilst taking in the view.
